Restaurant Manager

Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Provide ongoing training and development to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.

Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service always.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

Proactively seek feedback from guests to improve the dining experience continually.

Manage restaurant budget and expenses, including labour costs, food and beverage costs, and overhead expenses.

Monitor sales and revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings.

Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to engage with customers and drive traffic to the restaurant.

Requirements

3 years Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification is a plus.
