Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of BPO Solutioning to lead our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative BPO solutions tailored to the unique needs and challenges of BFS clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep domain knowledge in BFS operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful BPO solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the BPO solutioning strategy for the BFS practice, working closely with senior leadership to align with business objectives and client needs.

Drive the development of innovative BPO solutions that address key challenges and opportunities within BFS operations, including areas such as customer service, back-office operations, risk management, and compliance.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new BPO opportunities within the BFS sector, leveraging industry insights and market trends to inform solution development.

Act as a subject matter expert on BFS operations and BPO best practices, providing thought leadership and guidance to internal teams and clients.

Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of BPO solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in BPO delivery processes, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of service delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and ensure successful project outcomes.

Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of solution architects, consultants, and delivery managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in BPO solutioning, consulting, or related roles within the BFS sector.

Deep domain knowledge of BFS operations, processes, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance, or capital markets.

Proven track record of developing and delivering successful BPO solutions for BFS clients, with a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, driving collaboration, innovation, and results.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to identify and prioritize opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.

Experience with process optimization, technology implementation, and change management within the context of BPO delivery.
