The HR Coordinator assists with the administrative functions of the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. Assists in meeting the hospital's recruitment, benefits, timekeeping and organizational development objectives.
Greets customers, answers and directs phone calls, attends to employee inquiries, schedules interviews with candidates, performs references for potential new hires, assists in organizing employee files accurately, other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
EXPERIENCE
Two to three years of administrative experience, with at least one years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong Microsoft Office and Workday application skills

Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Close attention to detail
