Key Responsibilities

Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for analytics using SAP BW and SAC.

Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions and SAP and non-SAP data extraction and modeling in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Analyze and translate user needs into business and technical requirements, design, develop and ensure smooth implementation through collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Conduct thorough testing of SAP analytics solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and user guides.

Provide training and support to end-users on SAP analytics solutions and best practices.

Collaborate with SAP functional experts to ensure quality and timely delivery of SAP analytics solutions with existing business processes.

Continuously monitor SAP analytics platform and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise.

Manage vendors and QA their deliverables in detail and ensure any defects and non-compliance in standards addressed promptly

Work independently to ensure successful, on-time delivery of project/enhancement by anticipating dependencies and impediments, prioritizing multiple stakeholders and tasks, making trade-offs between business needs and constraints and managing work time efficiently

Requirements

Bachelor’s (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines

A minimum of 10 years of SAP analytics experience, including but not limited to SAP BW and SAC, in designing, developing, and implementing solutions.

Bachelor’s (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines

Proven experience with SAP BW, SAC, ABAP and other BI tools

Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Good knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, report design and data warehouse management.

Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity

Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written presentation skills

Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.

Working experience in S4 HANA is must

Chinese speaking candidate will be advantageous

Client facing experience with successful relationship management is a plus

Airline or travel industry knowledge is highly beneficial
