Job Description
A Business Center Manager is a sales and customer service professional who believes that each client interaction is an opportunity to delight, engage and impress. As a sales and customer service professional, you are the face and voice of Office Evolution to clients and visitors and will be responsible for all sales and operations at one of our Business Centers.
Job Responsibilities
Consultative selling, including use of HubSpot CRM tool
Member and guest service relations
Some marketing, mostly social media management
Networking at B2B Events
Light operations (e.g., billing, reviewing invoices, onboarding and offboarding members)
Light office maintenance (tidying kitchen area, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, etc.)
Administrative duties (keeping inventory of office supplies, kitchen supplies, etc.)
Creating programs of speakers, training sessions, networking events and other events that add value to our community of business professional
