Title of Position: Restaurant Front of House Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Front of House Manager will oversee overseeing the entire operations of the restaurant. Building a dedicated team of professionals through recruitment, training, mentoring and development and must be able to lead their team by example following policies, procedures, and our companies' values. The Restaurant Front of House Manager should have a strong knowledge of P&L management and financial reporting and analysis. The person in this position must be able to control costs and build profit levels while staying focused on providing excellent customer service. The Restaurant Front of House Manager will be able to communicate efficiently and efficiently with the rest of their management team in addition to hourly staff members. The Front of House Manager must be able to compliment the General Manager in his role, to work jointly towards profit and guest service.

Qualifications:

The Restaurant Front of House Manager must have high volume management experience of at least 3 years

A passion for mentoring and developing others is necessary for the Restaurant Front of House Manager

A solid track record in achieving financial results is necessary for the Restaurant Front of House Manager

The Restaurant Front of House Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
