Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk. This will be a temporary position due to a leave that is onsite in downtown Chicago. The ideal individual will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. To qualify, you must have 2-3 years of full cycle AP experience and have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
Review, code and record invoices
Prepare and process accounts payable checks
Reconciliation of payments
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries
Communicate effectively with vendors
Assist in month end closingQualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years in accounts payable or general accounting
Strong time management and organizational skills
High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Proficient with Excel
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
