Job Summary:
Client Services Technicians provide outstanding customer service to all patients coming into the pharmacy. Effective communication with team-members, patients, vendors, and pharmacy visitors is essential.
Job Activities and Responsibilities: The responsibilities listed below are subject to change.
Complete the point-of-sales process for prescription medication and over-the-counter products
Back up retail pharmacy and mail department as needed
Prepare daily register reconciliations
Perform retail inventory functions including monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving
Maintain the retail area’s appearance
Answer telephone calls with a sense of courtesy and follow-through; route calls accordingly
File, retrieve, and organize records
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes.
Ability to stand for extended periods
