Position: Spa Nail Technician- Casual

Reports to: Spa Operations Coordinator

Job Purpose: To provide exceptional guests experiences and the highest quality services for hands and feet in the upmost professional manner.

Job Summary: To support the Spa team by providing exceptional nail services and working as a team member to reach company goals. Responsibilities include but not limited to, driving revenue through product sales, and upselling of add on services as well as promoting other spa services.

Salary 25%-28% commission and 20% auto gratuity

Duties

Willingness to accept the most effective role.

Maintain knowledge of and be able to perform beauty services we offer including: manicures, pedicures, and maintain confidentiality of all Spa records and systems, consistently attend educational events and classes.

Service all guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Perform all technical services to the absolute best of your ability, maintaining guest comfort and safety at all times.

Maintain sanitation of workstation and equipment as required by state board guidelines. Treat all guests with respect and integrity.

Follow up with and report any guest challenges.

Address all fellow team members with respect and integrity.

Assist fellow team members as time allows: including but not limited to, providing value added services for their guests, and ensuring guest comfort (serving beverages, etc.)

All products should be filled at the end of your shift.

Work area should be spotless when guest arrives and is seated. Remember, someone else may be using that space when you are not there.

Leave Spa spotless at the end of the day

Maintain two-way communication between team leaders, manager and all team members. Participate in all spa meetings and educational events, as well as special projects, community involvement and other duties as assigned by team leaders.

Maintain security of all salon systems and operations.

Set an outstanding example as a team member (image, attitude, attendance, punctuality, guest service, communication, and technical skill).

Qualifications

High school graduate

Licensed Nail Technician in Wisconsin
