Bartelt Packaging, a Pro Mach Company is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with expertise in conversational programming, proficient fixturing skills, and the ability to operate multiple machines efficiently. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of machining techniques and strong problem-solving skills. As a CNC Milling Machinist you willl:

Proficiently create and modify conversational programs for CNC Mill machines.

Ensure accurate and efficient execution of programmed instructions.

Demonstrate expertise in designing, setting up, and optimizing fixtures for machining operations.

Perform regular checks to maintain fixture integrity and optimize production efficiency.

Effectively operate and monitor multiple CNC Mill machines.

Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the machining process.

Stay on top of industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into daily operations.

Actively participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.

Work closely with fellow machinists, engineers, and other team members to optimize workflow and achieve production goals.

Communicate effectively to share insights, challenges, and solutions within the team.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Participate in safety training and contribute to the overall safety culture.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure uninterrupted production.

Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production runs, and any modifications made to programs or fixtures.

Assist in the preparation of reports as needed.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Report any issues with tools or equipment to the maintenance team promptly.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School diploma or GED. Degree in CNC Machining or equivalent.

2-6 years of machining experience.

Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist.

Expertise in conversational programming for CNC machines.

Strong fixturing skills for precise workpiece positioning.

Ability to efficiently operate and manage multiple machines.

Dedication to continuous learning and growth within the manufacturing industry.

Solid understanding of machining techniques.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Passion for precision machining and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
