Requirements:Requirement:- Certificate / Diploma in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage- SPM with relevant experience may apply- Working experience in beverage / restaurant service is required- Working experience in Japanese restaurant preferred- Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays Scopes:Job Description:- Preparing meal ingredients for the Chef, which includes washing, peeling, cutting and slicing ingredients- Properly washing and drying all dished, utensils, cooking equipment and cutting boards and nearly putting away all these in their respective places- Packing take-out orders as needed- Operate kitchen equipment such as oven and grill for cooking purposes- Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags and washing garbage bin- Mopping and sweeping the kitchen area as required- Keeping all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards Experience Required: Min 1 Year/s
