Required Skills:

Responsible to monitor provider’s performance for the SharePoint 2016 (Azure IAAS), M365 -SPO, ODFB Platform services.

Steering service provider to ensure services are operating as designed as agreed in SOW.

Perform architectural review of technical solution presented by service provider.

Maintain service stability and quality, Initiate remedial or improvement actions.

Reviewing the operational reports, contractual commitments and consumption of Resource Units.

Monitors compliance of the provider against Service Level agreements (SLA) and other KPIs.

Requirements

Specific Education - B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc/M.sc/MCA

Work Experience-5-9 yrs

Special Skills - Sharepoint administration, Sharepoint online administration,M365 administration, ITIL certified
