Schedule: Remote! Adherence to EST or CST time zone is required.

Role Type: W2 ONLY

Contract Length :6 months

Minimum Qualifications:

Merchant Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage a shared inbox of emails from prospective merchants, ensuring timely and professional responses.

- Utilize internal tooling systems to record and evaluate merchant eligibility, maintaining accuracy and consistency.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

- Take ownership of new projects and audits as they arise, from conception to completion.

- Consistently deliver on both short-term and long-term deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet business needs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience with merchants in the affiliate space strongly preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Prior experience in operations, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
