Job Description:

Searches US Navy federal government solicitation documents for bid via Beta-Sam and other search engines.

Review those solicitations’ contractual requirements and participate in defining program requirements to engineering functional areas; ensured compliance with requirements.

Develop, draft, write, and edit reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of a US Navy’s solicitation requirements

Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, and briefings/presentations.

Assists in the creation and submission government proposals to government portals.

how to interpret FAR/DFAR clauses and ensure compliance

Maintained log of proposal activity and invented workflows that incorporate market research to anticipate upcoming proposals utilizing Sales force CRM

interprets responses to Organizational Conflict of Interest reviews.

Processes administrative changes to pricing spreadsheets.

Responds to Data Calls and Representation & Certifications

Administrates and submits bids to Seaport NxG, DIBBS, and NECO portals to identify and disseminate opportunities to the relevant contracts

Updates Salesforce CRM database with award and bid details

Reviews and provides feedback on OEM Subcontract and teaming Agreements

Participates in government cost estimating tasks. Wrap rates, LCAT,

Participates in the negotiation and execution of Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

REQUIRED SKILLS ANS EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Required Experience: 5 - 10 years of related experience in the defense industry with emphasis on NAVY contracts.

Proven ability to manage/execute concurrent projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ability to grasp and demonstrate a basic understanding of the technical aspects of environmental compliance data acquisition systems and associated regulations.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a passion for creative content development and the ability to effectively articulate customer value propositions and brand positioning.
