**Job Title:** Civil Superintendent

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager/Superintendent to join our team. As a Civil Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing key client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope. You will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to ensure deliverables meet their requirements, and coordinate with other departments to ensure project compatibility. This role also involves hiring new talent as necessary to fulfill client needs.

**Essential Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of projects, from initiation to completion.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

- Prepare and submit job progress reports.

- Facilitate plan design changes and maintain up-to-date budgets as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in a related field highly desirable.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager, project engineer, and/or estimator.

- 5+ years of experience working in road building, underground utilities, paving, and land development project management.

- Familiarity with DOT specifications and experience in both public and private sectors.

- Detailed knowledge of commercial/residential construction materials and methods.

- Strong organizational, communication, and computer proficiency skills.
