Estimator Job Description

gpac is partnered with a well-established, family-owned, and operated Heavy and Civil construction company in search of a highly skilled and Experienced Estimator. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to join a reputable company in a fast-paced and challenging role.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Negotiate contracts and change orders as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Position Essential Job Functions:

5+ years of experience in excavation, utilities, site development, and water/sewer projects as an Estimator

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail as an Estimator

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
