Position Title: Analyst, Supply Chain, FHS

Function: Procurement

Supervisor Title: Sr. Manager, Supply Chain, FHS

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Roles and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Ensure strong in-stock position across all SKUs to Firehouse Subs restaurants.

Oversee national inventory levels on SKUs at contracted distribution centers.

Direct inbound product flow from suppliers to centers.

Support new product introduction team to successfully execute promotions

Manage and expedite shipments to ensure fill rates and on time delivery.

Conduct contingency planning and crisis management in case of supply disruptions

Maintenace of database to ensure accurate reporting.

Obsolete Management

Manage and conduct risk mitigation of obsolete inventory for a particular product category

Proactively manage and reduce product write offs

Supplier & DC Management

Maintains relationships with over 80 suppliers and 28 distribution centers.

Manages and audits pricing data in ArrowStream platform (data aggregate that combines all DC information into one platform) which drives direct impact on the financial health of the restaurants (any errors in this process could result in significant overcharges to restaurants).

Communicates effectively with field teams, internal departments and restaurants.

Required Skills:

1-3 years relevant work experience in supply planning, inventory management, distribution operations and/or demand planning

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in supply chain

Advanced Excel preferred

High level of analytical skill and judgment

Excellent communication and management skills

Problem solving and decision making skills

Strong Customer focus and process orientation

Excellent organizational and time management skills
