Lawn Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Technician to join our team. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns, and outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of various landscaping techniques and the ability to operate both hand and power tools.

Duties:

Provide professional, courteous customer service

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed

Performing aerations & over seeding

Potential certification with The State of Ohio Department of Agriculture

Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor

Fast-paced, fun and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred

Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices

Familiarity with operating hand tools and power equipment safely

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
