is seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Construction Cleaners.

This role involves cleaning construction sites and newly built or renovated properties to ensure they are safe and ready for occupancy.

Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Lmia Construction cleaner Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Key Responsibilities: Site Cleanup: Clear construction sites of debris, waste materials, and discarded equipment.

Ensure that all construction trash is properly disposed of in designated areas or containers.

Dust and Dirt Removal: Remove dust, dirt, and other construction-related particles from floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

Use appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure a thorough cleaning.

Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing floors, cleaning windows, and polishing fixtures.

Ensure that all areas are spotless and free from construction residue.

Equipment and Safety Compliance: Use cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and pressure washers, in a safe and efficient manner.

Follow all safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

Final Touches: Ensure that all finishing touches are completed, such as cleaning light fixtures, door handles, and baseboards.

Double-check that all areas are clean and ready for inspection or occupancy.

Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors, construction teams, and other cleaners to coordinate cleaning tasks.

Communicate any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a smooth cleanup process.

Qualifications: LMIA approval for Construction Cleaner position.

Previous experience in construction cleaning or general cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
