We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Coordinator for our marketing efforts to drive growth for our lending business. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B context.

Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and plans.

The role will include, but not limited to:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteria.

Utilize the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.

Drive go-to market efforts of tailored products

Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns.

Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.

Utilize Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectively.

Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

Events creation, coordination and attendance of programmes, as well as 3rd party hosted gatherings

Internal communications

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE), or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Content Writing skills

Google Analytics

CRM software systems

WordPress Themes experience

Proficiency [or ability & willingness to learn] with various marketing platforms & marketing software tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
