Principal Process Engineer

Worley is hoping to win several projects over the coming months that may see us needing to expand our existing Process team to support our potential future workload. Therefore, we are on the lookout for a Principal Process Engineer to potentially join our team in the UAE, should we win any of these projects.

Job Specific Knowledge:

• Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to HSE management and its associated requirements in a project environment

• Extensive knowledge of ADEK sIP ͬ sAP Assurance processes, API Standards (API-520, API-521, API-14C, API-14E) and statutory and regulatory requirements and a good understanding of onshore and offshore engineering practices applicable to process design for offshore oil and gas facilities.

• Experience in various phases of project life cycle with particular skills in Feasibility and Conceptual Engineering, field de[1]velopment and adequacy studies

• Experience in processing of highly sour production fluids with extensive offshore engineering experience

•. Experience of Option Selection Studies and leading debottlenecking and revamp projects. Experience of Field Development Studies. Experience with a recognised front end engineering consultancy would be an advantage. • Excellent report writing and communication skills.

• Extensive knowledge of process simulation packages such as HYSYS, PROII, Flarenet. Experience with dynamic simulation packages will be an advantage

• Extensive experience in pipeline modeling using OLGA, Pipesim, pipeline studio, Pipephase, Pipenet is an advantage

Industry Specific Experience:

• Extensive work experience at a senior level within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Experience leading a team of process discipline Senior Engineers and designers

• Extensive technical, practical and leadership experience in the process discipline in the same or similar industry, including experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary projects and teams
