The Workforce Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workforce planning, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet operational goals and objectives
Forecast staffing needs based on historical data, trends, and business projections
Create and maintain scheduling processes to ensure adequate coverage while maximizing productivity
Monitor real-time performance data and make adjustments as needed to optimize workforce utilization
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workforce issues and challenges
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning improvements
Essential Qualifications:
Previous experience in workforce management, with a focus on planning and scheduling
Proficient in WFM tools and software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Desired Experience: 5-20 years of experience in workforce planning and management

Minimum Salary: 30,000 Rand - Maximum Salary: 70,000 Rand (dependant on current salary)
