Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing them with best-in-class services
Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our air compressor products
Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team
