Job Description

We are looking for a talented ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Converse, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the Epicor system, creating custom reports upon request, and leading the continual improvement program for Epicor users.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and support the Epicor system ensuring a stable environment for business-critical applications

• Develop new solutions within the ERP system to enhance business operations

• Create reports, dashboards, and queries upon request for all business units

• Assist departments in developing custom reports including SSRS reports, Smart lists, and management reports

• Maintain and support ERP installations at current and future locations

• Lead continual improvement program to provide ongoing training for Epicor users

• Provide instruction, assistance and support to Epicor system end-users

• Develop a timeline and project plan for future Epicor implementations and ensure timely delivery of project plan execution

• Cross train on other IT functions as needed to support the department

• Program in SQL to enhance system functionality and user experience.

• The candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience as an ERP/CRM Consultant

• Proficiency in creating dashboards and custom reports is essential

• Experience with data loading is required

• The candidate should have knowledge of Epicor ERP system

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL is expected

• The candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is necessary

• The candidate should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of current industry trends and advancements in ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
