As part of their growing team, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of professionals in support of water and wastewater projects.

What you'll do:

- Lead and manage the development of civil designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities

- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project success

- Prepare detailed plans and specifications

- Mentor and develop team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

- 10+ years of experience in civil site design

- Professional Engineer Licensure

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

- Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering (not required, but a huge plus!)

- 15+ years of experience in civil engineering design (not required, but a huge plus!)

- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) (not required, but a huge plus!)

- Experience with Bluebeam software (not required, but a huge plus!)
