Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs

Provide differentiated instruction to meet the unique learning styles of students

Participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education

Ohio State Teaching License with Special Education Endorsement

Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
