We are a boutique family law firm located in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas, and we're seeking a Telephone Intake Specialist to join our dedicated team.

This role is not only about answering incoming calls and emails from prospective new clients; it's about being the first point of contact, providing crucial information about our firm and services, and building a friendly and engaging rapport. You will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills by screening potential clients, answering inbound calls, making outbound follow-up calls, and maintaining detailed records of all communications. Plus, earn extra compensation each week for your diligent work!

$16 - $18 hourly + bonusResponsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and incoming e-mails from prospective new clients to set appointments

Interview and screen prospective new clients while building rapport with friendly, engaging communication

Provide information about our law firm and its services

Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective new clients

Maintain telephone notes and other records of communication with prospective new clients

Other related tasks

Qualifications:

Prior Family Law experience is a super plus!

Prior outstanding customer service or sales experience

Mature

Empathetic and compassionate personality

Ability to build rapport with clients

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree or higher preferred

Ability to quickly learn computer software

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook operating systems

Ability to type 45+ WPM

Ability to prioritize and multitask
