Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead the full recruitment life cycle, from conception to execution.

Employ diverse search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments.

Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job postings.

Manage the interview, selection, and onboarding processes.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Facilitate employment-related inquiries and processes.

Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring to complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.

What You'll Need:

Positive, proactive attitude

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (Required)

2+ years of HR and recruiting experience (Preferred)

Mission-driven mindset with a focus on achieving HR goals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor and a reputation for trustworthiness

Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems
