We are actively hiring a Biometric Intelligence Analyst to join our Defense & Homeland Security Division working in McLean, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide biometrics-enabled identity analysis.

Perform extensive searches in variety of biometric systems or repositories (internal or external systems) to formulate an identity resolution/adjudication analysis.

Analyze and interpret biometric reports and communicate their findings to appointed stakeholders. This role requires continuous knowledge of biometric technologies, capabilities, and databases.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Bachelor’s degree + a minimum of 3 years of biometrics/facial recognition experience

Experience analyzing IC data

Experience working with biometric systems

Strong analytical and written communication skills

Experience performing biometric analysis

Experience with biometric and analytical tools and databases
