About The Role

OneH2, Inc. is currently seeking a Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a long-term storage strategy and organizing our organization's documents in a manner that ensures easy access for our various departments and teams. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining company documents, implementing document control procedures, and cataloging and retrieving documents.

Responsibilities:

Implement and manage document control procedures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security.

Scanning images; sending and receiving documents; organizing paper and electronic files; and analyzing the efficiency of communication processes

Compile technical reports, audits, task lists, and other documents for executives.

Identifies, classifies, sorts, and prepares documents.

Manage version control for documents, tracking changes and updates to ensure that the most current and relevant information is readily available.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and executives to understand their document needs, providing support in retrieving, updating, and archiving relevant documentation.

Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation, identifying and rectifying discrepancies as needed.

Must adhere to company policies when handling materials, especially those that contain confidential information.

Assists with other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Understanding of Wrike Management system

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation.

Familiarity with document management systems and tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
