Position: Machine Operator / Manufacturing Worker Shift: 1st Shift, The ideal candidate will be willing to work overtime when needed to meet production demands and deadlines

Starting Pay: $16/hr (Upon hire-in, potential to earn up to $20/hr plus benefits)

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery efficiently and safely to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications

Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines and report any issues to supervisors

Prepare and maintain production logs and daily reports accurately

Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with inventory management

Drive forklifts to transport materials and products as needed (training provided if necessary)

Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication skills)

Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred but not required (training provided)

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a medium to fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
