Familiarity with service procedures, processes, and follow-up.

Prepares, records, and submits warranty claims to the factory or distributor.
Ensures timely processing of warranty claims for each franchise or distributor.
Verifies criteria required by the factory or distributor.
Reconciles warranty receivables with payments through accounting schedules.
Resubmits rejected claims promptly or obtains authorization for write-offs.
Follows up on outstanding claims payments.

Tuesday - Saturday work week (Sunday & Monday OFF)

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
