BUSINESS SKILLS REQUIRED:

Conversing with customers to discuss needs and directing them appropriately within the service Department.

Speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

Knowledge of telephone, text, and email techniques and etiquette.

Familiarity with service procedures, processes, and follow-up.

Active listening skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Enjoyment in providing customer enthusiasm.

Interest in the powersports industry.

Strong customer service and phone skills.

Organizational, follow-up, and paper-flow handling abilities.

Prepares, records, and submits warranty claims to the factory or distributor.

Ensures timely processing of warranty claims for each franchise or distributor.

Verifies criteria required by the factory or distributor.

Reconciles warranty receivables with payments through accounting schedules.

Resubmits rejected claims promptly or obtains authorization for write-offs.

Follows up on outstanding claims payments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Tuesday - Saturday work week (Sunday & Monday OFF)

Enthusiastic self-starter, ambition is key

Ready to learning about new products, eager to improve

Exceptional communication skills in-person, on the phone with customers and team members

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
