Job Snapshot:

Our Fluid Recovery Technicians are responsible for safely draining fluids and recovering valuable and/or reusable components from scrap autos

Ensuring that automobiles are safe for customer access

Removing all fluids, lubricants and valuable components (ie: converters) as required

Preparing automobile to be placed in the salvage yard

Maintaining safe and clean work area

Completing paperwork as required

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Demonstrate mechanical abilities

Must be able to use basic tools

Ability to stand for long periods of time, except when operating machinery

Ability to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb and be able to move/lift up to 75 pounds regularly

Ability to tolerate high and low temperature levels associated with outdoor working conditions
