Pay

$30.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience)

+On Call Pay Incentive (scheduled 4 times a year for one week)

+Annual Bonuses!

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying the root causes of problems and proposing effective solutions.

Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.

Perform refrigerant handling and recovery in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Conduct system performance tests and adjustments to achieve energy efficiency and comfort.

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and service performed.

Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Participate in on-call or emergency service rotation as required.

Continuously improve technical skills through training and certification programs.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations.

Job requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with commercial HVAC equipment

Gas certification preferred

EPA certification

Oil certification is a plus

Must be willing to work week long On-Call 4 times a year

Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds and comfortably work on and set up ladders

Ability to interact with customers, explain work performed, and provide excellent customer service

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with co-workers in a dynamic environment

Must have a driver's license and clean driving record

Background checks are conducted upon onboarding

Must be authorized to work in the US.
