Position Title: Microsoft Power App Subject Matter Expert (SME)

OneZero Solutions is searching for a proactive and driven Microsoft Power App SME, that will provide support required to DVS stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, technical, and functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

Draft document plans, standards, and best practices for DVS requirements management, audit existing and newly developed DVS requirements documentation, support the analysis of new activities and initiatives to determine the impact on DVS, and assist in the implementation and communication of standardized requirements management and documentation practices.

Assist with the development and upkeep of DVS Program Management documentation and artifacts to include but not limited to the Program Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan (and associated RACI matrix and public-facing communications register), Stakeholder Register, lessons learned, labor analysis, license usage documentation, upgrade and update execution checklists, signed user agreements, & technical as-built documentation.

Provide technical support and assistance in the research, implementation, and integration of various types of data connection sources that exist within the USACE such as Open Database Connectivity (ODBC), Text files, Web files, RESTful Application Programming Interfaces (API)'s, and Cloud-based resources (Amazon Web Services, Azure, and others).

Organize, maintain, and manage all visualization application-related objects, actions, and configurable features and functionality.

Stay abreast of the current and upcoming capabilities, features, and functionality of approved Enterprise visualization software and broadcast the benefits to the user and developer community. Work with the DVS PgM/SO and PM/SM to prioritize the backlog of capabilities and maintain a multi-year product and capability roadmap.

b) Provide technical guidance to end users and developers on how to best utilize and develop visualization applications based on best practices

Provide technical guidance to end users and developers on how to best utilize and develop visualization applications based on best practices in order to meet strategies and goals as well as to comply with Army and DoD best practice recommendations.

Develop best practices documentation, developer guides, frequently asked questions, training guides, and other useful material to ensure end users and developers can stay productive.

Develop an inventory of data connections that DVS applications can connect to. Support end users by assisting them to connect with data sources (e.g. Excel, ODBC, CSV, XML) within and outside of the USACE Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) or other centralized USACE data repository.

Document and share policies, procedures, and instructions on how to connect data to self-service DVS applications.

Provide solutions architecture support services to guide developers on the best and most efficient way to develop DVS software applications/dashboards based on best practices, lessons learned, and known limitations at USACE.

Update and maintain all documentation for DVS.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

At least (5) years' experience working in a DOD environment as a Microsoft Application SME essentially for the Power BI components

Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate (or similar training at this level for the knowledge and expertise for the Power BI components)

Security+ or other Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT-II) cert

Secret Clearance (or interim Secret)
