Responsibilities:

Prepare reports to aid in the tracking of inventory through the pre- and post-sale process of a machine or attachment.

Provides support and training to sales professionals within the assigned territory.

Assists in the preparation and assembly of bid proposals, quotes, and buyer’s orders as directed by the supervisor.

Review buyers’ orders and worksheets for completeness and flag issues for managers.

Coordinates machine movements with sales professionals, inventory control, customers, and transportation departments.

Coordinates machine get-ready with BMC shops.

Completes all supporting documents Warranty forms, Rental contracts, Etc.

Ensure the sales professionals have any necessary finance documents in a timely matter.

Procures machine attachments for sales.

Completes attachment change forms.

Quotes machines and rental rates for walk-in customers as needed.

Coordinates and assists with trade shows, exhibits, and customer events with sales staff, marketing, OEMS, and event centers.

Works within to promote the vision, mission, and values of BMC.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred, or equivalent combination of sales experience, training/or education.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word are essential.

Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good communication skills – both written and verbal are a must.

Excellent customer service skills.

High level of attention to detail

Industry knowledge or experience preferred

Must be proficient or become proficient in understanding manufacturers’ price lists.

Must meet company insurability standards for driving purposes.
