Job Title: Warehouse Worker with Delivery Driving

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Hilo Products team as a Warehouse Worker with Delivery Driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, fulfilling orders, and ensuring timely deliveries to our clients. Forklift operation experience is optional but considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

Efficiently manage and organize inventory within the warehouse.

Prepare orders for delivery based on customer requirements.

Ensure accurate documentation of all outgoing shipments.

Delivery Driving:

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to clients' locations.

Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Responsible for the proper handling and secure transport of products.

Forklift Operations (Optional):

Qualified to operate a forklift to move, stack, and load products as needed.

Conduct routine inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues promptly.

Ensure the safe and proper storage of products using forklifts within the warehouse.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough quality checks on products before shipment.

Monitor and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during warehouse and delivery operations.

Comply with all traffic rules and regulations during delivery driving.

Qualifications Preferred:

Previous experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Forklift operation certification (optional but preferred).

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
