Job Title: Organizational Change Management Lead OCM Lead

Location: Hybrid – Mostly remote with occasional travel to San Francisco

Period: 3-4 months with strong likelihood of extension

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Rate: $175/hour based on experience

Scope of Services:

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will spearhead cultural transformation initiatives for a client operating in the cybersecurity insurance industry. This role involves driving change management strategies, fostering leadership alignment, and implementing programs to support cultural change within the organization. The OCM Lead will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive sustainable change and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

Lead cultural change initiatives to support the organization's strategic objectives.

Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new initiatives and processes.

Work closely with senior leadership to align organizational goals and priorities with change initiatives.

Conduct assessments to identify cultural strengths and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address gaps.

Design and deliver change management training programs for leaders and employees.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and drive consensus on change initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices and approaches.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate change management principles into business processes and practices.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on driving cultural change initiatives.

Experience working in the insurance industry or financial services sector is highly preferred.

Big 4 consulting firm experience preferred.

Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives in complex environments.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
