Job Title: Cash Accountant
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $36/hour (max) on contract, $75,000 when converted
Reason for Opening: Growing company needs additional help
Start: ASAP
Location: 2-3 days onsite in San Francisco (Do not apply if outside of the Bay Area)
Hours: 40 hours/week

Must-Haves:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Finance/Accounting
1-2 years of banking-related experience, with understanding of ACH bank processing and wire transfers
Job Details:
Download cash activities and update TMS
Reconcile daily TMS cash files to ensure completeness
Apply all bank deposits, wires to in-house contract system and accounting system accurately and timely
Open, close, and maintain 500+ bank accounts
Process wire transfers
Provide cash positioning reports as required
Prepare and maintain account analyses and reconciliation on a current basis
Ensure that all monthly, quarterly, year-end, and special project deadlines and requirements are met
Special projects as needed
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent accounting coursework)
Minimum of 1-4 years of related Cash Application experience
Prior use of an ERP System such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel user
