Job Description
Law Firm looking for experienced security guards to survey premises and assist employees and clients entering and exiting the premises and ensuring their safety. This role offers additional bonus opportunities.Compensation:
$11 - $15 hrResponsibilities:
Security Officers are primarily responsible for protecting employees and clients of Law Firm.
Monitor and protect client property at the office location from intrusion and theft.
Assess persons coming near the building and entering inside the building.
Patrol employee/client areas to detect potential unsecured property.
Obtain information on incidents that occur on post and write incident reports.
Assist employees/clients entering and exiting the building before and after work.
Monitor worksites to prevent trespassing, vandalism, and theft.
Ability to handle and navigate high-stress environments that require emotional intelligence.
Qualifications:
What You Bring to Reel Security:
High School Diploma or (GED) (Preferred)
1 year of customer service experience (Required)
Current guard card (a plus but not required)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
Regular and punctual attendance to all shifts
Detail Oriented
Must be level-headed/Calm under pressure
Basic knowledge of technical applications (Preferred)
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Public service oriented, with effective communication skills
Must have discretionary skills
Ability to stand/walk for extensive periods of time (10-12 hour shifts)
