About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Software Engineer - AWS Cloud Solutions to join our growing team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to not only contribute to the development of impactful software solutions using Java and AWS but also develop your leadership skills on a technical lead track.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java, design patterns, and cloud technologies to design, develop, and implement complex software features.

You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and contributing to the overall code quality and Development: - Design, develop, and implement high-quality, maintainable, and scalable Java applications.

- Utilize best practices in object-oriented design and coding standards.

AWS Cloud Expertise: - Leverage your experience with AWS services to architect, deploy, and manage applications on the AWS cloud platform.

Technical Leadership: - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices and design principles.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high code quality standard.

(As you progress on the technical lead track) Take on more responsibility for leading technical discussions, design decisions, and project planning.

Communication and Collaboration: - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Continuous Learning: - Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Java, cloud technologies, and software development best Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.preferred) or Computer Science.

- 8-10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.

- In-depth knowledge of Java syntax, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with building and deploying applications on the AWS cloud platform (e.

g., EC2, S3, Lambda). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
