We are actively looking for a PCB Layout Engineer who will design and develop new printed circuit boards and schematics, by developing PCB designs using Altium software. The role requires knowledge of component placement, trace routing, analysis and verification that will be used to print circuit board designs; which prepare fabrication drawings and parts listed for procurement of the circuit boards. PCB Layout Engineer will create, verify, and import schematic symbols, 3D models, identifying/resolving design integration and interfacing manufactural issues. The PCB Layout Engineer will work closely with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.

2-5 years of experience preferred.

Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques to meet mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirements.

Experience with analog, digital, mixed signals, and RF PCB designs

Experience in Power Electronics, high voltage/current PCB design

Good knowledge of board fabrication process

Good knowledge of IPC 610 standards

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be meticulous and detail oriented

Work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Effective organization, planning, and prioritization skills

Motivated and self-sufficient

BS in Electrical Engineer preferred

Highly skilled user of Altium Software

· AutoCAD experience preferred

· Solidworks experience preferred

· Strong Microsoft software skills

· Knowledge of data base management systems; Omnify or equivalent

This role requires to be on-site during assigned hours 100% of time; less PTO, FML/STD/LTD.
