As a Salesforce Account Executive with TruSummit, you will develop a sales account strategy and complete sales activities in partnership with customers, Salesforce, and internal practice leaders. To be successful as an Account Executive, you will need to be proactive in identifying new opportunities to support your personal sales pipeline and be able to successfully establish/maintain customer relationships. You will be highly engaged with clients and prospects and work closely with the TruSummit sales and leadership teams to close opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
Drive the development of account strategy and sales activity in partnership with the customer, Salesforce, and internal practice leaders
Develop/expand personal network and leverage relationships to uncover new sales opportunities
Selling on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
Establish and maintain relationships with senior/C-level leadership in mid-market to enterprise organizations
Identify and develop new prospect pipeline with minimal oversight
Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new business
Target, develop, and maintain key buyer/influencer relationships across multiple client accounts
Maintain opportunity pipeline using TruSummit's internal Salesforce CRM applicationREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce or related CRM product
Experience managing and growing existing and/or net new logo accounts
Experience with enterprise software sales
Experience building a business case and delivering return on investment
Highly self-motivated with a drive for success
Experience selling to the C-suite
Ability to craft a point of view and build credibility as a ‘Trusted Adviser’ with your customers
Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
Strong presentation and influencing skills
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Salesforce A few of our benefits:
