Pay

We are flexible in how we structure compensation, based on the needs of the employee. Some HVAC technicians want all base salary, while others prefer performance-based compensation. Our top HVAC team members earn$75,000 -$100,000 plus

Commission (Task Pay)

1 - 2yr - $3500 (12 mos. to 24 mos. of experience)

2yr - 3yr $5,500 (ready for a truck in 3 months from start date)

3yr 5yr $7,500 (ready for a truck in 3 months from start date)

Paid vacation structure:

1 year:40 hours

2 years: 80 hours

3 years:100 hours

5 years: 120 hours

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations to assess their HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Identify HVAC problems through inspections and diagnostic procedures.

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC installations and repairs.

Close sales by educating customers about our products, services, and maintenance solutions.

Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential properties and commercial properties.

Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of HVAC systems.

Our Hiring Process

3. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager.

4. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the Department's Management.

5. If we are a good fit for each other, we will make an offer.

Job requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in HVAC is required

Proven track record in sales within the HVAC industry

HVAC Residential Service: 6 months minimum (Required) 1+ (preferred)

HVAC/Residential Sales: 6 months minimum (Required) 1+ (preferred)

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation processes and troubleshooting techniques

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to pass a background check and Drug Screen

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
