Job Overview
Absher self-performs its concrete work, but currently everything is managed by our General Superintendent. We would like to find someone who can not only take this burden off of his shoulders, but in time, once they've built out our self-perform program, take it to market and build out a full business unit.

Project planning
Financial management
Schedule management
Change management
Conflict resolution
Safety planning and accountability
Quality control
Project closeout
Manage overall scope direction
Administers both the owner and subcontractor relationships for the concrete scope.
Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements and related drawings and specifications.
Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of the project.
Prepare and approve job forecasts.
Identify and actively contributing to securing profitable work for Absher
Why You’ll Be Successful
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (experience can substitute for education)
5+ years experience managing the structural concrete scope for a general contractor or a concrete subcontractor
Procore experience preferred

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $150,000 with the average starting salary in the 40th percentile range; commensurate with experience and training. This ensures we get you properly seated within our organization so that all parties feel good about our future together.
