Creative Leadership:

Comprehending communication strategies through creative briefings and innovative ideas with copywriters.

Producing design drafts for teams and requestors based on different communication channels.

Acting as the main force of visual execution and being responsible for quality control.

Demonstrating good communication skills and teamwork when collaborating with others.

Working across a variety of project mediums, including campaigns, content, platforms, and digital services.

Assisting designers in becoming familiar with the qualities of commercial art and enhancing their creative thinking and abilities.

Staying passionate about emerging technology knowledge, sharing helpful information with colleagues, and providing inspiring creative ideas for projects.

Possessing extensive knowledge and experience in creating creative digital projects and experiences, as well as communication campaigns.

Exhibiting excellent communication skills and feeling comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels, both in person and remotely.

Requirements:

Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives and readiness to expand on their skills.

Experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels, from digital, social, paid media; some experience of offline and print is beneficial.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) with a solid background and hands-on experience in these software applications.

Excellent time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and projects within designated deadlines.

Ability to effectively delegate, follow up, and communicate with all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of social platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
