Senior Interior Designer - High End Residential Commercial

Undertake design projects from concept to completion.

Responsible to design, prepare design concept proposal, material selection (sample board), and prepare drawings for the whole design stage inclusive of 3D Visual & create technical drawings (2D Detail Drawings)

Make site visits to check on project status and report on project.

Managing project budgets effectively, including cost estimation, finding cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.

Held consultations with clients and created client profiles prior to design services being rendered.

Handled correspondence between clients and designers and sites teams.

Able to work in a fast paced with deadline given.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.

Required skill(s):, MS Office, MS Power point, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, AutoCAD, Sketch up, or relevant 3D software.

Minimum 3 years working experience required.

Have experience handling both residential & commercial project

Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills

Knowledge in prepare project quotation and material application
