Role by Experlio for Simplus

Experlio is looking to introduce a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to our client, Simplus.

This role requires proficiency in developing and supporting a diverse array of Salesforce CRM products. The successful candidate will work within a team to enhance product functionalities and integrate third-party solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Regularly manage and resolve cases and tasks within specified service level agreements (SLAs).

Perform routine administrative and developmental tasks including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and comprehensive data management.

Support Salesforce.com data feeds and integration projects, including applications like AppExchange and Outlook.

Act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication between users, vendors, and technical development teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document precise development requirements.

Engage in the design and review process of business and product requirements.

Provide consistent support for configuration changes, bug fixes, and moderate enhancements.

Serve as a supportive point of contact for junior developers and assist in project coordination.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a demonstrated growth in technical and problem-solving skills.

Technical/Functional Skills: Strong skills in relational databases, object-oriented programming, and understanding of the software development lifecycle. Proficient in Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML, and experienced in Salesforce environments.

Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, effective communication skills, analytical thinking, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
