Compensation Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis of compensation and various human resource programs and initiatives
Analyze assigned functions, such as FLSA classification review, compensation studies, equity administration, and employment analysis
Collect and analyze data
Prepare compensation survey participation data
Track trends and developments in assigned functional areas
Conduct studies, perform research, and prepare reports
Review, interpret, and recommend policy, process, or program improvements
Participate in working groups across multiple departments
Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Assist with merit, performance appraisal, and engagement survey administration
Manage special projects
This is a direct hire position located in Duluth, however, mid 2025, we will be moving to the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area. After 90 days, you can telecommute two days a week. Excellent benefits, including a 401k match, stock awards, flex time, paid training, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1+ years as a Compensation analyst
Strong experience with salary surveys and compensation databases
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Consultative personality
Very high sense of analytical and problem-solving
High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (ability to adapt to change quickly)
Ability to pass a complete background check and drug test (excluding marijuana)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Dayforce
Cognos
iCIMS
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or human resources
Radford & Tower Watson compensation databases
Prior HR generalist/admin experience
SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification
CCP
Experience with Comp Analyst and Stock Plan Administration
