JOB OVERVIEW
The position is responsible for production and quality with focus on productivity and building systems. Getting involved in productionising new products. Coordinate with operators and engineers to implement TEOA tools. To ensure 5S+1 level at all time at highest level. Maintaining shop discipline is more essential.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Responsible for issuing production orders to floor.
Upkeeping the machines in running conditions.
Ensure availability of materials on time.
Responsible for head count allocation in shop.
Escalate production stoppages to all concerned stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of orders.
Educate and train operators.
Multi skilling among the operators
Coordinating with inter-department
Drive TEOA culture in shop floor.
Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineer for new product development and process improvement.
Assessing resource requirements
Material variance /Consumable/Chemical tracking
Conducting Go meeting /PIM meeting-Review with Group leaders
Review of TEOA deployment
Ensure labour productivity of the function.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering Courses
10+ Years of Experience and practitioner in the field of Production
People Management, Business Unit Product Knowledge, and Leadership Skills
SAP knowledge is an edge.
Product Process Control knowledge
Has knowledge in Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling
Willing to be assign in either Molding or Stamping Department

TE Connectivity's Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures.
